Please tell us something else. These are no tangible excuses. When civil defense was established through the same process peace corps was floated, their duties were to protect pipelines from vandalisation and to supervise/regulate the activities of private guards. But today they are visible everywhere, including governors’ security convoy
We will review and take appropriate action.
