Niger State Governor Abubakar Sani Bello has confirmed that Boko Haram militants have displaced over 3,000 residents of Kaure and Shiroro local government areas, even going as far as hoisting their flags in the overrun communities situated less than 140km from the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
