Police lacks evidence to prosecute Maryam Sanda over husband’s death, lawyer claims

Mr Olusegun Jolaawo, the lead counsel representing Maryam Sanda who allegedly killed her husband, has urged a Federal Capital Territory High Court sitting in Maitama to discharge and acquit the defendants because the prosecution has failed to show evidence to prove its case.
