Oyo tricycle operators blame police for their ‘misfortunes’

Commercial motorcyclist in Ibadan, Oyo state have accused the police for being responsible for their dwindling fortunes. The group made this known when they staged a peaceful protest to the state secretariat calling on govt to salvage them from what they described as an undesirable situation.
