The Court of Appeal in Abuja has ordered a stay of execution on the ruling that suspended Adams Oshiomhole as the Chairman of the All Progressive Congress Party (APC), pending the hearing and determination of a motion on notice filed by Oshiomhole to challenge his suspension.
