The Nigeria Union of Journalists NUJ has condemned the outburst by Femi Fani Kayode against the Cross River State Correspondent of the Daily Trust Newspaper, Eyo Charles who asked him a question which he felt was embarrassing.

A one-time Nigerian minister of aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode, recently lashed out at a journalist, Eyo Charles, after the Daily Trust reporter asked him during at a press parley in Calabar who was bankrolling his trip to the Cross River State capital.
Fani-Kayode, on Wednesday, apologised for referring to Charles as “stupid” but not after he had come under heavy criticism for his outburst.
