The Defence Headquarters, yesterday, said end to banditry and insurgency was near, drawing inspiration from enhanced kinetic and non-kinetic operations of the military.

More than 300 students from the all-boys Government Science school in Kankara, in the northwestern Katsina state, who were abducted on Friday night remained missing on Sunday.
