Nigeria: Dozens missing and feared drowned after boat capsizes

At least four victims have been confirmed dead, but rescuers fear more than 150 people could have drowned. A local official said the boat was carrying at least twice as many people as permitted.

At least six people, including four school children, were killed and scores missing after a ferry capsized in eastern Sri Lanka on Tuesday, officials said. Sri Lanka navy officials and divers conducted a search and rescue operation after the incident, authorities said.
