Chairman of Nigeria's ruling All Progressive Congress, Chief John Odigie-Oyegun, was unaware of plan by President Muhammadu Buhari to dismiss his tenure elongation and other National Working Committee of the party until the president made his opinion known to National Executive Council of the party in Abuja on Tuesday, March 26.
