    Sir, did you or did you not collect the cash? If you say no. then you must have used your money. Your claim of lack of knowledge of the source of the funds is laughable. The first lesson even for a kindergarten lawyer is that ignorance is no excuse. Bros, own up and do something smart before you go the Metuh way.

      Ignorance is no excuse in law means-

      Ignorance of the constitution, and not ignorance of situation.
      You are not allowed to sleep with a child for instance, but if a 17 year old girl gets into the pub with a fake I.d, the court will not convict you for ignorance of the real age of a child in the club with a fake I.d.

      The law does not expect you to be a spirit.
