The FBI and local authorities are investigating after a series of shootings in the Atlanta area, says Crisp County Sheriff Billy Hancock, after state troopers and county law enforcement apprehended a white 21-year-old male suspect. A total of eight people, including six Asian women, were killed in three separate attacks Tuesday at spas and massage parlors around Georgia's largest city.
