An unidentified man has been trapped under the rubble of an uncompleted three-storey building, which collapsed at 12 Alasepe Street, off Community Road, Ago Palace Way, Okota in Lagos State. Personnel of the Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) are on the ground to rescue those trapped under the rubble.

Minister of State for Transportation, Ms. Gbemisola Saraki disclosed this while briefing State House correspondents at the end of the weekly FEC meeting chaired by Vice President Yemi Osinbajo. She said the new fenders are to replace the ones currently in use, which have deteriorated over time.
