ECOWAS proposes regional defense force

Parliamentarians of the Economic Community of West African States have proposed a regional defence force towards curbing insecurity in the region. Ona Ekhomu, President, Association of Industrial Security and Safety Operators of Nigeria joins CNBC Africa to discuss this and explore ways to address insecurity in the region.
