CSOs to shock APC, PDP with ‘Red Card’ candidates

Civil Society Organisations in Nigeria are planning to shock ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) and main opposition Peoples’ Democratic Party (PDP) in 2019 general elections by raising candidates that will defeat the flag bearers of the two parties at the poll.
