Confusion as National Assembly staff shut down parliament, protest unpaid salaries

Protest is ongoing at the National Assembly by the workers over unpaid salaries. National Assembly workers, under the auspices of Members of Parliamentary Staff Association of Nigeria (PASAN), who are agitated over non-payment of their Consolidated Salary Structure (CONLESS) are carrying various placards, chanting “No Pay No sitting”.
