The CBN bullion van always has the “right-of-way”. Therefore, it is the Ogun State Governor’s convoy that rammed into the bullion van. If the accident has involve “common Nigerians” this report would refer to the incident as ROBBERY CASE. Many innocent Nigerians would have been killed by the Police in Ficticious gun fire exchange that NEVER TOOK PLACE. But since a State Governor is involved, the CBN Bullion van LOST its Usual Right-of-Way status. Governors immunity works.
We will review and take appropriate action.
