The Nigerian Army has flagged off Operation Crocodile Smile IV in Delta state.

There is a special battalion in the Nigerian Army made up of soldiers who have proven they can hold their own in combat. They are part of an elite all-women corps known as the NAWC – the Nigerian Army Women Corps.

Governor of Delta State, Dr. Ifeanyi Arthur Okowa, and his wife, Dame Okowa have tested positive for Coronavirus (COVID-19). Okowa disclosed this on Wednesday on his personal Twitter handle. “My wife and I have tested positive for COVID-19. We are well and continuing with our isolation/medication. We thank you all for your continued prayers for us and our daughter,” the Governor wrote.
