I believe federal government should find a way to ensure easy access to funds for lots of miscellaneous activities in the higher institutions including Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges. Like he rightly pointed out, higher institutions is a community of its own. There must be provision to fund researches and personnel trainings.
We will review and take appropriate action.
