Ethiopia’s parliament has approved the membership of the country into the Africa Continental Free Trade Agreement bringing the number of ratifications across the continent to 21 with the AFCFTA needing only 22 ratifications to become effective. Meanwhile, Nigeria is yet to ratify the treaty. Winston Osuchukwu, Co-founder, Trans-Sahara Incorporated joins CNBC Africa to review Nigeria’s trade treaties.
