GSM operators in Nigeria have kicked against plans by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority to destroy 7,000 GSM masts which it described as illegal in 30 days if the operators failed to obtain the required Aviation Height Clearance within the period. Gbenga Adebayo, Chairman, Association of Licensed Telecommunications Operators of Nigeria joins CNBC Africa to look at the situation.
