Nigeria to oppose OPEC decision

According to Nigeria's Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Dr. Ibe Kachikwu, Nigeria will oppose cuts in its oil production by the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries and other producers including Russia before March.
