As Nigeria’s Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council concludes its fourth 60-day National Action Plan on the Ease of Doing Business, Nigeria’s Minister of Industry Trade and Investment Okechukwu Enelamah, joins CNBC Africa from the floor of the Nigerian Stock Exchange to assess the plan.
