Boeing 737 Max Completes 1st U.S. Commercial Flight Since It Was Grounded An American Airlines 737 Max took off from Miami on Tuesday morning, heading to New York's LaGuardia Airport with paying customers aboard, the first for the troubled aircraft model since early 2019.
