FAA says 737 Max remains Airworthy

U.S. aviation regulators have said they anticipate mandating changes to Boeing’s 737 Max aircraft by April after a second fatal crash in five months. The FAA says the planes remain airworthy and have no intention of following China’s lead in grounding it.
