Nigeria recorded a National Unemployment rate of 23.1 percent for the third quarter of 2018 according to the National Bureau of Statistics. Bobboi Kaigama, President of the Trade Union Congress joins CNBC Africa to assess the government’s efforts at job creation ahead of the World Labour Day.
