The war in Ethiopia has left tens of thousands dead and millions displaced, as government troops and the Tigrayan People's Liberation Front battle over territory. In a makeshift camp that has served as a refuge for many women since Haiti's earthquake, survivors say they fear for their safety and that of their children. "We suffer, we have no access to toilets. We can't pee. Everyone is looking at you," says Vesta Guerrier, who lives in the Gabions camp along with 200 other refugees. They want to strike down a legal loophole in the Indian penal code which stipulates that rape within a marriage is not against the law.
