Calm might have returned to Tripoli after recent fighting, but electricity shortages still plague the Libyan capital, where generators chug incessantly. It's just one of many problems facing the oil-rich North African nation torn by violence since the 2011 overthrow of former dictator Moamer Kadhafi.
