Equipment packages donated to Kenya by Chinese billionaire Jack Ma are unaccounted for. An estimated $400 million in funds have gone missing in Kenya during the Covid-19 response. Also, Zimbabwe insists that its plans to return the farms of 37 foreign nationals that were taken under a land reform programme in the early 2000s do not mean it's reversing its stance on the policy.
