Akagera Aviation’s plan to reduce foreign pilot dependence revealed

With a fleet of helicopters, a new aviation school and a graduating class of new pilots on the way; Akagera Aviation is providing a solution for Rwanda's desire to reduce reliance on foreign pilots. CNBC Africa's Makeda Mahadeo sat down with Patrick Nkulikiyimfura, Managing Director of Akagera Aviation for more.
