World Kidney day 2020: Tips for a healthy kidney

Today is World Kidney Day, themed ‘’Kidney Health for Everyone Everywhere’’. The global campaign is aimed at raising awareness on the importance of our kidneys to our health and to reduce the frequency and impact of kidney disease⁣. Here are four tips for a healthy kidney.
