Ivorian-Burkinabe tailor Pathe'O can look back on a 50-year career that has seen him rise from self-taught improviser to supplier of Africa's wealthy and powerful, including anti-apartheid torchbearer Nelson Mandela. Now he's doing his best to ensure that fashion becomes "part of Africa's wealth".

Tailor Leung Ching Wah and his wife Leung Fung Pui Chun opened their business selling qipaos, a type of traditional Chinese dress, in 1965. Their shop in Hong Kong has catered to celebrities and also made the dresses for Wong Kar Wai's 2000 film 'In the mood for love'.
