The reboot of 'Roseanne' was infamously canceled in May 2018 after a series of racist and Islamophobic tweets by the comedian. Barr compared Valerie Jarrett, Barack Obama's aide, to the Muslim Brotherhood and someone from 'Planet of the Apes.'
