New film shows how music can heal trauma suffered by migrants in Libya

Award-winning filmmaker Cécile Allegra joins us on Perspective to tell us about her new feature, "Songs of the Living". It tells the story of a group of migrants, or survivors as she prefers to call them, as they try to settle in the Aveyron region of France.

French authorities say 44 of over 200 on board do not qualify for asylum status. France said on Tuesday it will deport 44 migrants who disembarked in the country last Friday on board an NGO rescue ship, after Italy refused to let them dock at one of its ports
