U.K. ministers head to Brussels for talks

Theresa May has sent two senior ministers to Brussels to seek concessions from the EU on the disputed issue of the Irish backstop. The U.K. prime minister is looking to win over enough lawmakers in her own party to secure parliament’s backing for her deal in a key vote next week.
