This dastardly actions by ISIS is condemned in totality. All hands worldwide must be on deck to stamp out the atrocities of this illegal islamist. I am of the opinion that it is high time the United Nations assembled an army to confront this menace. This cannot continue and should not be allowed to continue. Boots on ground, in my mind is the only way to wipe out this terrorists.
