The rewards for teachers should be
here on Earth not in the Heavens. The last option is work to rule or strike, as a result of breakdown in negotiations. The government must negotiate on win, win position to be able to strike a deal with the teachers. The teachers cares more about their students than the government.
We will review and take appropriate action.
