Truth still elusive 20 years after S. Africa’s truth commission

On April 15, 1996, South Africa's revolutionary Truth and Reconciliation Commission began the hard work of dealing with political crimes committed during apartheid -- including abductions and murder. But 20 years later, many families are still waiting on the promised truth, as the government stalls prosecutions.
