ICC prosecutor arrives in DR Congo amid conflict in the east

ICC prosecutor Karim Khan has arrived in the Democratic Republic of Congo. His visit comes as the country battles an insurgency by M23 rebels. The group, backed by Rwanda, has seized two major cities in eastern DRC. Khan is due to meet President Tshisekedi, local UN officials and victims of the conflict during his trip.
