A human rights lawyer, Malcolm Omirhobo has filed a suit before Justice Inyang Ekwo of the Federal High Court in Abuja, challenging the recommendation of the National Judicial Council (NJC) that the Acting Chief Justice of Nigeria (CJN), Ibrahim Tanko Muhammad should be appointed as CJN.
