The incident happened Saturday night in Poland during the Warsaw stop of her 'On The Run II Tour' with Jay-Z. A flying stage malfunctioned and became stuck 20 feet in the air. The mishap forced stage techs to fetch Beyonce and bring her back down on an ordinary ladder.
